The Vitiligo Patient Views (VPV) Survey is now closed, and we would like to thank everyone who helped make this global effort possible.
Over the past months, people living with vitiligo, caregivers, patient organisations, advocates, partners and supporters from around the world came together to take part in and support the survey.
Together, you helped us capture the experiences and perspectives of people affected by vitiligo across the global community.
A Global Community Coming Together
Through VIPOC channels alone, the VPV Survey campaign reached 2.7 million people.
This was further amplified by local patient organisations, vitiligo advocates, partners and supporters who shared the survey with their communities and networks, helping to reach millions more people worldwide.
People from more than 100 countries took part in this global effort, helping to strengthen understanding of the vitiligo patient and caregiver experience.
Every person who participated, shared information or encouraged others to take part played an important role in helping the survey reach communities around the world.
The Work Continues
Although the VPV Survey is now closed, the work continues.
The findings will now contribute to the development of the global white paper and future publications, bringing together insights from the global vitiligo community.
The VIPOC team and VPV Steering Committee will continue working together to bring these findings forward and support future conversations around the lived experience of vitiligo.
Thank You
From every person who participated in the survey to every patient organisation, leader, advocate, partner and supporter who helped spread the word, thank you.
Thank you for helping us reach communities around the world and for contributing to this important global effort. The survey may now be closed, but the next stage is just beginning.
More updates on the findings and what comes next will be shared soon.
