The Fundacion Mexicana de Vitiligo organization’s upcoming events:
1. Vitiligo Project Photo Shoot
- Date: April 27
- Location: Mexico City
- Description: A professional photoshoot will take place where individuals with vitiligo will model their patches to raise awareness about the condition and promote acceptance.
2. Mexican Vitiligo and Skin Diseases Foundation 2nd Anniversary
- Date: Friday, May 3
- Location: Mexico City
- Description: A celebration will be held featuring national and international ambassadors, performances by community children, speeches on the importance of vitiligo, and a fashion show with models who have vitiligo showcasing garments from the Mexican haute couture brand Pineda Covalín.
3. Ambassador Meeting and Training
- Date: Saturday, May 4
- Location: Mexico City
- Description: There will be a meeting and training session for foundation ambassadors, taking advantage of their presence in Mexico City for the anniversary.
4. World Vitiligo Day Celebration
- Date: Saturday, June 22
- Location: Mexico City and other communities across the country
- Description: An information session for patients providing tools for living with vitiligo will be held, as well as local celebrations in different communities.
